Hello Everyone,
I wrote this song to show what it's like to get your heartbroken and be in denial. To have all of that built up anger, at yourself, at the person you say you hate (but please we all know that ain't the truth), and at the world in general. This is the first emotion in the many emotions of healing. In order to reach the end of the healing process you must first go through anger, denial, and sadness to finally reach acceptance. This isn't just another bad break up song, this is a song that shows the process of what a break up does to someone with a fragile mental health from dealing with anxiety, depression, and body dysmorphia. How it makes you question everything, your self worth, your appearance, your life. I wrote this for all my fellow lonely people out there & I hope you know your never truly alone!
